Golden Globes 2016: Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom set tongues wagging with flirty behaviour
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom have set tongues wagging with their seemingly flirtatious behaviour at a Golden Globes after-party last night.
The pair were attending the Weinstein Company And Netflix bash at the Beverly Hill Hotel when they were pictured looking particularly cosy and whispering
sweet nothings into one another’s ears at the star-studded event.
Bloom was even seen reaching out for popstar Perry’s hand as she attempted to walk past him at the party.
The pair proceeded to enjoy an animated chat, which luckily for us was captured on camera.
Bloom – who handed out an award alongside Bryce Dallas Howard – was formerly married to model Miranda Kerr, while Perry is believed to be single again after splitting from on/off boyfriend John Mayer.
Earlier in the evening, the 31-year-old ‘Roar’ singer presented the award for Best Original Song to Sam Smith and Jimmy Napes for their James Bond hit ‘Writing’s on the Wall’.
The musicians had been up against Ellie Goulding’s ‘Love Me Like You Do’ from Fifty Shades of Grey, Brian Wilson’s ‘One Kind of Love’ from Love & Mercy, Sumi Jo’s ‘Simple Song #3’ from Youth, and ‘ See You Again’ ft. Charlie Puth from Furious 7.
Perry wore a pink plunging Prada gown and admitted on the red carpet that she was using a Bumpit – a plastic hair-volumising accessory.
The star told a bemused Jennifer Lawrence – who picked up Best actress in a Comedy or Musical for her role in Joy – what she was wearing, with Lawrence touching her ‘do and then confirming that she did indeed have a Bumpit.
The 73rd Annual Golden Globe Awards aired from The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills on Sunday, January 10 on NBC.
